This many-branched, bushy tree has a broad crown, with drooping branches. BARK Pale brown, smooth. LEAF Alternate, pinnate, with a terminal leaflet, sometimes hairy. FLOWER In axillary panicles, pale red with a purple heart. FRUIT Egg-shaped berry, orange-yellow when ripe.
